اثر درآوردن دندانهای پرمولر اول بر روی نیمرخ بافت نرم در Class I با Bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion

مقدمه هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی تغییرات سفالومتریک بافت نرم بیماران Class I با Bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion (B.D.P) پس از درآوردن دندانهای پرمولر اول فک بالا و پایین بوده است. مواد و روشها 20 بیمار زن Class I دارای B.D.P. با محدوده سنی 12 تا 38 سال و میانگین سنی 6±16 سال انتخاب شدند. همه بیماران بعد از درآوردن پرمولرهای اول هر دو فک با دستگاه standard edgewise درمان شدند. جهت بررسی، سفالوگرامهای جانبی قبل و بعد از درمان بیماران trace گردیده و شاخصهای سفالومتریک اندازهگیری شدند. یافتهها برجستگی لب بالا 9/3±7/2 و برجستگی لب پائین 8/2±8/2 میلیمتر کاهش یافتند (001/0P
